It would be very difficult for Kovalainen to beat his teammate. As for the title, I expect McLaren to feel the weight of 2007 somewhat during 2008. It was more than enough to obliterate a lesser team, so it must have fractured them at least a bit. As the season goes on, McLaren will fall behind Ferrari and then they would have to decide whether to fight or consolidate and focus on 2009.
