Motor Sport is looking for a new dynamic and professional Commercial Ad Sales Director.
Job Title: Commercial Ad Sales Director
Role in General:
- Creating, implementing and delivering on and offline sales strategy for the company, product range and designated market.
- Developing high profile awards (both B2C and B2B).
- Developing and managing our events and readers event revenue stream profitably.
- Developing future growth, helping to develop new product/revenue streams and providing vision, direction and leadership to the ad sales team.
- Aiding the professional development of the ad sales team.
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Delivering sales by developing relationships directly with customers, agencies and business partners.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities, particularly focusing on creative solutions using research-based selling.
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for the business.
- Taking responsibility for profit and loss.
- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximising new business development opportunities.
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
A minimum of eight years experience in the industry is required.
