Gift subscriptions You can purchase either 6, 12 or 24 month subscriptions as gifts, using the tick-box at the foot of the Shop page. This will allow you to enter the gift recipient’s name and address on the next page. Reinstating subscriptions We are pleased that you have decided to continue your subscription. You can call us on +44 (0)20 7349 8472 and we will re-instate your subscription for you. If you wish to pay by card, we will re-process a payment, and for Direct Debit we will re-confirm your bank details and re-submit a payment. A letter will also be sent to all customers paying by Direct Debit to outline their payment schedule and will also include a copy of the Direct Debit guarantee scheme. Back to top

Subscription Confirmation When you subscribe you should receive your subscription welcome letter (and first issue if applicable) within 7 working days if you are in the UK and approximately 14-21 working days worldwide, including the US. Issues We are sorry to hear that you have not received all your issues. We aim to send issues out every 28 days with all new subscribers starting with the current issue up-to 10 days from the on-sale date. New subscriptions after the first ten days of the  month will start with the next issue available. Back to top

Payment Methods Subscribing is easy and paying for your subscription is even easier. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Debit and American Express. We also accept payments using Direct Debit online and via phone or post, which is an easy and secure way to make sure that your subscription continues without any missing issues. Back to top

Payment Processing Credit and Debit cards are debited on the same day that the subscription has been processed, either by phone, post or via our website. Direct Debit payments are processed approximately 2 and a half weeks after your payment details have been entered. This delay is to ensure that the mandatory Direct Debit Guarantee Letter reaches you in time. This will also allow you to check to see if your payment details are correct and the letter will also outline your payment schedule. Back to top

Termination of payment We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your payment. To cancel a Direct Debit, you can contact us and we will ensure that the payment is cancelled immediately. Digital Archive The Motor Sport Digital Archive is a CD which has 10 years of the magazine that has been digitally scanned, allowing you to search for any article and advert that has appeared in the magazine. Your Customer Number Your Customer ID number is found on the letter that was initially sent when you purchased your subscription. Since we have migrated to a new subscriptions system we now have a 6 digit number allocated to all subscribers. Back to top

Rejected payment e-mails You will need to log-in to our online payment system to change your credit/debit card details. Your log-in details are sent to you in the first e-mail that was sent when you first subscribed. Back to top

Renewal e-mails The e-mail sent to you from our website is to confirm that the subscription is due for renewal and your automatic renewal payment will be debited shortly to renew your subscription. Back to top

Accessing our podcasts To access our podcasts, please access iTunes and search for Motor Sport magazine podcasts. This will then let you listen and download the podcasts for free. Back to top

Entering your address We want to ensure you receive your magazine and ordered items on time. This can be done by providing accurate address details to ensure that subscriptions and items arrive promptly. Avoid using accent marks or. Missing issue with renewal If you have missed an issue when you renewed your subscription please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible and depending on availability we will arrange for the missing issue to be sent. In cases where the missing issue is the next available issue in the renewal subscription, we will start your renewal with that issue itself.
