Recruitment: Staff writer

A message from Nick Trott, editor of Motor Sport

This has to be one of the best jobs in motor racing journalism – and certainly one that doesn’t come up very often.

Motor Sport is looking for a staff writer to work across its platforms from its base in north London. It’s not a job for someone new to journalism, but it is a role for someone who has stepped on the first rung and is looking to take a bigger step up the ladder.

We’re looking for someone with writing experience and a passion for motor racing. Digital publishing experience is an advantage, as is the ability and/or experience of, subbing. The applicant will be asked to perform a variety of tasks, and learn from the best. Please no speculative emails, or ‘I’m looking for a change in career and can write a bit’ – this is for a journalist with a degree of experience and a passion to develop a long and fulfilling career with the original motor racing magazine.

Please send a CV and covering letter to webeditor@motorsportmagazine.com - FAO Staff Writer Application. Please include relevant experience and salary expectation.
