The 2007 Roger Albert Clark Rally will run from November 17-19, with more special stages in the dark, in response to competitor feedback. The event, in the style of the 1970s Lombard RAC Rally, will start in Yorkshire before switching to the Scottish Borders and Kielder forest. The two overnight halts will again be in Carlisle.

Personal memorabilia of pre-war racer Gwenda Hawkes has gone on show at Brooklands Museum, expanding the display about lady drivers at the Track. The objects were a private donation and join the material on show in the Ladies Reading Room. Gwenda raced the Duesenberg later donated to the museum by Jenks, and a Derby-Miller in which she broke records at Montlhéry and the Brooklands ladies’ lap record.
