BP Ultimate is an official sponsor of the 2007 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The theme for this year’s edition of the must-see historic motorsport event on Lord March’s Sussex estate is Spark

of Genius — Breaking Records, Pushing Boundaries. That means honouring the men and machines — many of which were fuelled by BP — that have stirred the souls of motorsport fans since the early days of the sport. Among the areas on which the Festival, which runs from June 22-24, will focus are record breakers — like Sir Malcolm

and Donald Campbell and their brilliant Bluebirds — and the World Rally Championship in which the BP/Ford Focus RS World Rally Cars of Marcus Gronholm and Mikko Hirvonen are major contenders. The early racing pioneers at Brooklands will also be honoured, as will the bike-racing heroes of the Isle of Man U.
