Percy set for tin-top return

Win Percy is hoping to race at this year’s Goodwood Revival Meeting despite being confined to a wheelchair, possibly permanently, following an operation on a damaged disc in his spine during 2003.

The three-time BTCC champion may drive an Austin A105 Westminster, converted to hand controls, in the two-part St Mary’s Trophy. It is reputed to be the car in which Jack Sears won the 1958 British Saloon Car title.
