Another Classic H&H Auction

Entries open for 2018 sale – plus there’s a pre-event brunch with Derek Bell and Richard Attwood

H&H Classics is set to continue its partnership with the Motor SportHall of Fame, with an auction of classic sports and GT cars in the picturesque grounds of the Royal Automobile Club, Woodcote Park, nr Epsom, Surrey on June 5. This year also marks H&H’s 25th continuous year of trading.

H&H hopes to emulate the success of last year’s Hall of Fame sale, in which an ex-Colin McRae 1997 Subaru Impreza achieved a world record for any Subaru sold at auction – £250,750.

Other notable sales included a 1966 Aston Martin DB6 and a 1961 Jaguar Mark II 3.4-litre, which sold for £250,000 and £35,650 respectively. The Jaguar was bought by John Pitts of Exeter, who had been looking for the car since his father sold it – and tracked it down after a 46-year search.

The auction will take place on June 5, with entries for classic sports and GT cars now being accepted. New for this year, Motor Sport, H&H and the Royal Automobile Club are delighted to announce that there will be a brunch prior to the auction – and it will be hosted by Le Mans legends Derek Bell and Richard Attwood. Tickets will be available via the Royal Automobile Club and more details will be announced shortly.
