{"id":32060,"date":"2014-07-07T19:18:47","date_gmt":"2014-07-07T18:18:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.motorsportmagazine.com\/issue_content\/senna-film-winstwo-baftas\/"},"modified":"2019-07-20T22:39:19","modified_gmt":"2019-07-20T21:39:19","slug":"senna-film-winstwo-baftas","status":"publish","type":"issue_content","link":"https:\/\/www.motorsportmagazine.com\/archive\/article\/april-2012\/15\/senna-film-winstwo-baftas\/","title":{"rendered":"Senna film wins two BAFTAs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Senna won the BAFTA awards for Best Documentary and Best Editing at the Royal Opera House on February 12 \u2014 giving Formula 1 a welcome boost in front of a stellar audience that included the likes of Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Meryl Streep.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Senna was also nominated in Outstanding British Film, where it lost out to Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.<\/p>\n<p>Producer Eric Fellner said: &#8220;This film was made by all of us with love, and all we got back from it was love, and that deeply cynical word commerciality \u2014 which I never utter \u2014 was never even considered in this situation.
