I have had no response to my email, when will I get a reply?

We are sorry that we have not yet replied to your email. We aim to reply to all emails within 72 hours, however if we need to investigate your query it may take longer. Please bear with us and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

I have found several previous issues of the magazine, do you buy them?

Unfortunately we do not purchase any previous issues but if you visit our Back Issues page you will find there are a number of dealers who might be interested in purchasing them from you. Please visit www.motorsportmagazine.co.uk/backissues.

I want to send a letter to be printed in the magazine. Who do I contact?

Please either email editorial@motorsportmagazine.co.uk or send them to Gordon Cruickshank, Motor Sport Magazine, 38 Chelsea Wharf, 15 Lots Road, London, SW10 0QJ, UK.

We do receive quite a few letters a month so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to print them. We do read everything we receive though!

I want to submit photos for the You Were There feature. Where do I send them?

Please send all You Were There images to the art editor Damon Cogman, Motor Sport Magazine, 38 Chelsea Wharf, 15 Lots Road, London, SW10 0QJ, UK.

Alternatively please email him at damon.cogman@motorsportmagazine.oc.uk. Please bear in mind that our email systems cannot accept emails over 10MB so it may be easier to make contact and send via websites like You Send It (www.yousendit.com).

Is it possible to get a copy of an article that has been featured in the magazine before?

We are able to supply articles by request. Please contact Editorial on 020 7349 8497.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately not, once your order has been made and paid for you will have to place another order if you wish to order something else from the shop.

Can Motor Sport magazine supply a receipt/invoice for my subscription/ordered items?

On request, we can issue a receipt or an invoice for a subscription or for any items ordered through us.

How can I change my address?

You can contact us directly by e-mail subscriptions@motorsportmagazine.co.uk or call us on 020 7349 8472 and we will update your address immediately.

Or you can update your address in your online account. To login and access your account simply go to https://shop.motorsportmagazine.com/site/loginForm and complete your subscriber login details and then click on My Account in the top right hand corner. If you have done this already and have a password, simply complete your customer login details.

Please note that a change of address after issues have been mailed will be sent to your previous address and all further issues will be sent to your new address thereafter.

How many issues does each Motor Sport magazine binder hold?

What payment methods does the Motor Sport magazine shop accept?

The Motor Sport magazine shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express cards at present, however you can call us on 020 7349 8472 to make payment via this method.

When can I expect my item to arrive?

Please note the below delivery times for your subscription:

·         For monthly publications please allow up to four to six weeks for your first delivery.
·         For international delivery please allow 4-6 weeks for your first delivery.
·         For special offers please allow up to six weeks for delivery of gift products such as umbrellas.

If the item is out of stock, we will aim to deliver the item as soon as it comes back into stock. Please bear with us while we aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible.

Where does Motor Sport magazine ship to?

We ship to most locations globally and also to PO Boxes worldwide which covers items and subscriptions. These include BFPO and US AFO/FPO Overseas Military locations.

How can I buy a subscription for someone else?

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by calling us or writing to us at any time.

How can I find out when my subscription will end?

The last issue of your current subscription is included in the welcome letter sent at the start of the subscription.

How can I receive a refund for my subscription?

Please contact us on 020 7349 8472 or email us at subscriptions@motorsportmagazine.co.uk. Refunds will be issued either by cheque or via the original payment method, excluding Direct Debit which will be refunded by cheque. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How can I renew my subscription?

Our renewal process is easy. Once you have logged into your online account, the system will automatically recognize you as a subscriber once you place your order.

How much does a subscription cost?

A subscription to Motor Sport depends on where the magazine is being sent to. If you have not yet subscribed, please visit http://shop.motorsportmagazine.com/subscription/subscribe to view our offers.

I am still awaiting confirmation that my subscription has been received and processed.

When you subscribe you should receive your subscription welcome letter (and first issue if applicable) by email if you order online or by post if you order over the phone within 5 working days if you are in the UK and approximately 7-10 working days worldwide, including the USA.

I have had no response to my email, when will I get a reply?

I have missed an issue when I renewed my subscription.

If you have missed an issue when you renewed your subscription please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible and depending on availability we will arrange for the missing issue to be sent. In cases where the missing issue is the next available issue in the renewal subscription, we will start your renewal with that issue itself.

I have subscribed for 6 months but I have not received my free gift. Why?

Unfortunately free gifts are available with 12 or 24 month subscriptions.

I previously cancelled my subscription but would now like to continue, what can I do?

We are pleased that you have decided to continue your subscription. You can call us on 020 7349 8472 and we will re-instate your subscription for you. If you wish to pay by card, we will re-process a payment, and for Direct Debit we will re-confirm your bank details and re-submit a payment. A letter will also be sent to all customers paying by Direct Debit to outline their payment schedule and will also include a copy of the Direct Debit guarantee scheme.

If I pay for my subscription by credit card or Direct Debit, when will the money be taken from my account?

Credit and Debit cards are debited on the same day that the subscription has been processed, either by phone, post or via our website. Direct Debit payments are processed approximately 2 and a half weeks after your payment details have been entered. This delay is to ensure that the mandatory Direct Debit Guarantee Letter reaches you in time. This will also allow you to check to see if your payment details are correct and the letter will also outline your payment schedule.

Is it safe to use my credit card at the Motor Sport magazine shop?

Yes, all transactions on this website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Is there any difference when cancelling a Direct Debit subscription and a subscription that has been paid by credit card?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your payment. To cancel a Direct Debit, you can contact us and we will ensure that the payment is cancelled immediately. Upon request, any issues that have already been paid for will be sent and the subscription will be terminated.

Unfortunately I’ve received my magazine but it has been damaged, can I have a replacement?

We are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged issue. We will replace any damaged issues free of charge. Please contact our Customer Service Team with your Customer ID number or postcode/zipcode on 020 7349 8472 if you are calling from the UK or worldwide. US subscribers can contact us on Toll Free 1-866-808-5828.

What can I do if I do not receive an issue on time?

Please contact subscriptions@motorsportmagazine.co.uk quoting your Customer ID number which is provided in your subscription welcome letter that was initially sent to you. We will then arrange for a replacement issue to be sent out free of charge.

What do I do if I get an e-mail stating that my credit card payment has been rejected?

You will need to log-in to our online payment system to change your credit/debit card details. Your log-in details are sent to you in the first e-mail that was sent when you first subscribed.

What is the frequency of Motor Sport Magazine?

Motor Sport Magazine is published at the end of every month and subscribers receive their issues before they appear on the newsstand.

What methods of payment can I use to pay for my subscription?

Subscribing is easy and paying for your subscription is even easier. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Visa Debit. At the moment we do not accept American Express cards through our website. We also accept payments using Direct Debit via phone or post, which is an easy and secure way to make sure that your subscription continues without any missing issues.

We send out renewal letters to all subscribers before your subscription is due to end, to ensure that you do not miss any further issues.

Where can I find my Customer ID number?

Your Customer ID number is found on the letter that was initially sent when you purchased your subscription or below your name and address on the packaging each issue is sent to you.

Which issue will my subscription start with?

Subscription start dates are pre-specified based on our publishing schedule. Please note that whilst you will receive the next available issue, this may not always be the issue which is available at news-stands. Depending on the date you place your order, you may be eligible for the following issue. Typically, our issues are published on the last Friday of each month. If you would like to check which issue you’ll receive, please contact subscriptions@motorsportmagazine.co.uk.

Website Membership

I have lost my password to the website and have submitted a request for a new one to be sent but I have not received anything. What should I do?

If you have already requested a new password, an email would have been sent to you with a temporary one. If you have not received this in your inbox, check your spam and junk. Alternatively, contact us as subscriptions@motorsportmagazine.co.uk where we will resend a new password for you.

What can I do if I forgot my password or have problems signing into my online account?

You can request a new password  (go to the homepage and select “Member Login” at the top) and click ‘forgot password’. Once you have entered your e-mail address, you can request new one to be sent. If you are having problems logging on to your account, please email us at subscriptions@motorsportmagazine.co.uk and we will confirm your log-in details.

Who do I contact if I have a complaint about the website?
