The Plymouth M.C. Calendar is as follows:

April 19th: The 4th Annual ” Lady Drivers Only” Standard Production Car Rally. 

May 17th: The 5th ” Manor Trophy ” Standard Production Car Trial.

June 26/28th: The 8th 1946 ” Presidential ” all types vehicles Rally.

Aug. 23rd: The 14th Annual ” Allen Trophy” Standard Production Car Rally.

Sept. 20th: The 5th Annual “Turnbull Trophy” Standard Saloon Car Trial.

Oct. 18th: The 2Ist Annual  “200 Challenge Trophy” Reliability and Team Competition Trial. Open to all vehicles.

Nov. 22nd: The 4th Annual “Marina Trophy” Standard Production Car Trial.

Dec.12/13th: The 6th Annual “Mancunian Trophy” for Standard Production Cars.

The Cirencester C.C. has recently been recognised by the R.A.C.

The London Motor Club, in conjunction with Monsieur Marcel Becquart, of the Automobile Club de Mont Blanc, is organising the Second French Sporting Trial at Annecy on June 21st, the week-end after the Le Mans 24-Hour Race. The Coventry and Warwickshire M.G.  T.G. John Cup Trial will be held on April 19th under a Closed Invitation Permit. Members of the following clubs are invited : Hagley, Shenstone, M.M.E.C., Cheltenham and Sunbac. The course of approximately 60 miles will be in South Warwickshire. Time and Regularity sections will test the driving ability of the competitor, rather than the performance of the car. There will be no chassis-damaging sections. There will be a break for lunch and the finish will be at Stoneleigh Deer Park on the Coventry-Leamington Spa road where a final test will be run.

Entries will close on April 13th. Team entries are welcome. Regulations may be obtained now from Mrs. H.S. Wolseley, 532, Allesley Old Road, Coventry.

The V.S.C,C. Northern Section will hold its second Bawtry/Blubberhouses weekend on April 18th/19th.  

Saturday, April 18th: Driving Tests and Concours on Bircotes Aerodrome. Classes for vintage, thoroughbred and light cars start 12.0 noon.  

Sunday, April 19th: Reliability trial start Crescent Hotel, Ilkley 10.0 a.m. Classes as above. Accommodation can be booked at Crescent Hotel, Ilkley

The Hants & Berks M.G., in conjunction with the W. Hants & Dorset C.C., will hold its interesting Versatility Trial on April 25th. The speed part of the event will be at lbsley, where the trial starts at 9.30 a.m. Open to Bristol, B.A.R.C., Chiltern, Brighton & Hove, London M.C. and M.G. C.C. members; entries, to the new Secretary, Douglas Johns, 48, Reading Road, Woodley, Reading, Berks, at 25s. per car, close on April 18th.
