This new body, formed to protect the interests of historic vehicle owners, is composed of A.S. Heal, Chairman and National Traction Engine Club representative; R. Barker, V.S.C.C.; G.E. Mawer, V.C.C.; R.P.G. Richards, H.C.V.C.; E. Thomas, 30/40 Club; E. Thompson, V.M.C.C. ; and Lord Montagu, on behalf of Museums.
