Desert island books

In your February issue WB asked what book readers would like to take to a desert island. Might I suggest LJK Setright’s recently published A Private Car? With, cunningly squeezed into the slip case, Diary of a Nobody or The Wind in the Willows for those occasional non-motoring moments.
