We were most interested to see your article (March 2003) about Clan’s 15 Minutes of Fame. We purchased this very car from Clan in 1973. It may only have been famous for 15 minutes but has subsequently done 30 years of service to our motorsport activities — principally rallying — formerly of the Motoring News Championship variety, but latterly in historic events via the HRCR.
It is still in immaculate condition and is a tribute to the longevity of GRP bodyshells!
