THIS annual event took place on the last Saturday in October, sixty pre-war cars attempting a 90 mile route in the Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire areas. Navigation was considerably more difficult this year, even the winner dropping as many as 35 time penalties, but this simply added to the enjoyment.
