Front Cover Picture: Defying three spins and a pit stop, Alan Jones swept to victory by a 24.6 sec. margin over Piquet’s Brabharn BT49 in the Argentine Grand Prix. Jones used last year’s Williams FW07/4, in preference to the revised FWO7B design, and boldly displayed the name of Leyland, the Truck and Bus Division of which is joining the various Saudi firms in sponsoring the Williams Team for 1980.
