Another Great Briton

I really enjoyed the article on Tony Brise in the December 2000 issue. You must surely be following this up with a similar feature on his great racing contemporary, Roger Williamson?

I took the attached photo (left) in the paddock at Silverstone way back in 1973. It’s just before Roger’s first grand prix in a Formula One March, and a mechanic is taping over the GRD badge (from F3) on his overalls.

It’s one of the favourite, but saddest, photos I possess.
