A FAIR RULING

Tyre manufacturers sometimes mark their tyres in sizes slightly smaller than the actual dimensions. To allow for this the R.A.C. announces that tyres may be 10 per cent. larger than the size stamped on the cover, when considered in relation to the maximum sizes laid down for various sized cars competing in trials.

THE SCARBOROUGH SCHEME

The plans for a big race course at Scarborough, which were quashed because it was felt that Scarborough’s social prestige might suffer, are again being afforded publicity by the Scar

borough & D. M.C. The cost of the proposed circuit is estimated at £150,000.

A JABBERWOCK MOUSE

W. C. N. Norton used a Fiat 500 for town work, painted Jabberwock yellow and bearing the name ” Jabberwock Junior I” on its bonnet. Another user of a Fiat 500 is picture-maker Louis Klem ant aski.
