Workshop Manuals

During the last few years. due to the increase in garage labour rates, no motorist can afford to be without his Workshop Manual.

An average Manual contains 150 pages. I I” 9. packed with easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions on all aspects of maintenance, repair and overhaul. This is supported by large exploded diagrams. thus making it impossible to have parts left over at the completion of the job !

The cost of a manual is negligible when compared with the cost of your next garage bill or, indeed, with next week’s petrol bill.

On a test done recently by Autobooks on a Ford Consul Mk. II (the price of the Manual being 35/-). it was found that on adjustments made from information gleaned from the Manual the purchase price of the book was regained on petrol economy only in four weeks.
