The Circuit des Remparts at Angouleme has become a popular gathering for pre-1955 automobiles, and this year’s event will be held on September 27th and 28th. Although the old town circuit is used for historic racing, the weekend restricts itself to the usual rally, parades, driving tests and the Remy Martin Challenge, a concours event whose winner takes home his weight in cognac.
