In the 1956 Le Mans race there was a privately entered Jaguar XK140, driven by Peter Bolton and Bob Walshaw. It ran in ninth place but was unfortunately disqualified by an ‘illegal’ fuel stop one lap early. I have been in touch with the car for a number of years and would like to find out more about its drivers with the aim of writing an article. I wonder whether any readers could assist with information, particularly concerning the two drivers
