Make your mind up

I started to read Motor Sport in 1953, became hooked on DSJ, but walked away when it went into decline. I returned in ’97 and enjoy it enormously, especially the superb photos. However, I feel you cannot make up your mind whether you can afford to opt out of the current scene. Simon Taylor is fine, but British GP 1998, Jaguar, etc? Surely Autosport, Motoring News and F1 Racing cover the current season, so why bother? As a reader suggested, to keep up Motor Sport’s history of results, you should have set a page aside for important races. Too late now, yet as he said, in future years you will have nothing to look back on! Keep up the history lessons.
