I take issue with the News in Brief item last month which states that Stirling Moss has never competed in an Jaguar E-type. I remember attending an event at Brands Hatch in the 1960s, in which he not only competed but also wiped the floor with the rest of the field while appearing to be out for a Sunday afternoon drive.
