A Rare Crossley

Sir,

I enclose a photograph of my 1930 2-litre Crossley, taken last summer on the promenade at San Sebastian (beside a German owned 3.4).

I have been the owner of this car since May 1961, and have yet to meet another such model. I would be delighted to be put in contact with another lucky owner of such a car, as I am sure he or they must exist.

With not a little mechanical aid this car performs very comfortably, at 21 mpg. and 700-800 miles/pint of oil. As the photo implies I took her to Spain last summer with two passengers and too much baggage, we had a splendid trip, and nearly got back!, but were unfortunate in breaking a half-shaft 50 miles from Boulogne.
