Over-cautious !

Haying seen recently two BMC “Minis” equipped with “Town and Country” tyres on the rear wheels, I have now seen a precaution of yet greater merit. Parked in the cold outside a Knightsbridge block of flats was a Fiat Minova 500, under the front of which some careful owner had placed a glowing paraffin heater!
