On the 20th May 1974, I ordered a Morgan Plus 8 and was advised that there was approximately a two-year waiting list. I now find that I will have to wait another year and the only two explanations that I can think of are, firstly, that there has been a reduction in supply and, secondly, there has been queue-jumping.
Anyway, it now appears that the waiting time of two years ago should have been, in fact, three years and goodness. knows how long any prospective Morgan purchaser will have to wait if he orders his car now.
