A plaque is to be unveiled here, with an address by a parish councillor, and the cars will depart at 11.45arn in a cavalcade to County Hall, Chichester, to be reviewed by the leader of West Sussex County Council. It is hoped that the cavalcade will include pre-1914 Ghosts and every pre-1939 R-R and Bentley model. A special tribute is to be paid to the late Ivan Evernden, who was Sir Henry’s staunch “right-hand man” from 1919 to 1933.
