STREAMLINING IN A NUTSHELL

Reproduced herewith is the line drawing referred to in the concluding paragraph of Cecil Clutton’s article, “The Development of Streamlining,” printed in our February issue. Considerations of Spoke compelled Us to omit it from the article, but so much interest has been shown in the subject that we have decided to insert it this month. The drawing shows half the 1909 Vauxhall against half an Auto-Union, the outline

of the record-breaking Auto-Union being indicated by dotted lines.
