Well well!

Sir,

Upon reading the January issue of Motor Sport, which I have been buying and enjoying since 1944. I read the letter from your correspondent David Thirlby regarding Marina estate cars, with which I totally agree.

My, own similar experience of two of these estate cars has given satisfaction in that the performance of the first one was truly amazing, although the 1977 version, being much smoother is slower. but still more than adequate.

I find the velour seats very comfortable and-its capacity for carrying heavy loads useful in my business, also my local Walton-on-Thames garage, with a racing pedigree, have serviced the car impeccably in its first 10,000 miles. Also there was no delay in supplying the car to my specification.
