World’s first track honoured
Five race meetings plus a centenary sprint to mark 100 years of Brooklands
A centenary sprint at Brooklands is one of the features of the Vintage Sports Car Club’s 2007 competition programme. Marking the 100th anniversary of the construction of the track, the sprint will use sections of the new Mercedes World test facility.
The VSCC season takes in five race meetings, wrapping up with the big event, the ‘See Red’ race meeting in September.
The provisional schedule is:
