Following date clashes with the DTM, the 2009 Jim Clark Revival Meeting will be held at the Lausitz Speedway rather than Hockenheim. The date for the event has changed to May 15-17, with Lurani Trophy Formula Junior confirmed as one of the races.
For the first time in nearly 10 years, the Historic Grand Prix Car Association will hold races at Monza during the major historic festival in June. The association’s Pre-66 GP cars will also be part of a new festival at the Portimao circuit in Portugal in mid-October.
The F1-67, a modern version of a pre-wing 3-litre F1 car of the mid-60s, went on show at Autosport International. Built by Ian Gray at Stuart Taylor Ltd, the car has a 5.3-litre Chevrolet engine and is priced at £42,000, ready to race.
Race suits, gloves and other memorabilia from the estate of the late David Leslie will form part of the H&H auction at Race Retro in March. Early car entries include a rare 1954 Arnolt Bristol Bolide.

Russell Brookes will demonstrate notable cars from his rally career at Race Retro on March 14/15, including an Opel Manta 400, Lotus Sunbeam and Ford Sierra Cosworth. Group B cars from the Slowly Sideways group will also be in action at Stoneleigh Park.
Anthony and Liz Pozner will launch the Nicholas Pozner Memorial Fund at the Architectural Association on February 28. Historic rally driver Ernie Graham will honour Roger Clark this year with his pair of Ford Escorts. Graham’s Mk2 is being liveried in Cossack hairspray colours, while his Mk1 will run in Esso Uniflo trim, both as used by Clark in period.
