ARBUTHNOT TROPHY TRIAL.
At a meeting of the R.N. and R.M. Sports Control Board and the Auto-Cycle Union held recently, it was decided that this year’s Arbuthnot Trophy Trial should take place on Saturday, August 4th, in the neighbourhood of Salisbury.
The Trial will be run under regulations practically identical with last year’s event, and it is hoped that on the particular date selected, and with a venue so convenient for the Southern Stations, a large entry will be obtained.
