Once again Castrol Limited have published their booklet noting some of their more notable achievements in the lubrication field during the past year, but this time a new look is apparent, for the pages have almost doubled in size to measure 11 in. x 8½ in. and almost half of the 200 photographs and drawings included are in full colour. Captioning has also been given more space to give much more emphasis to the story behind the pictures.
“Achievements, 1967” runs to 36 pages, and covers the whole past season of mechanised sport in which Castrol-lubricated or fuelled (A.A.R. running on Burmah petrol) cars, boats, motorcycles and aircraft had success. Illustrated articles are by Denis Jenkinson, Cyril Quantrill, John Davenport, Eric Jackson, Paddy Hopkirk and others.
A copy of the booklet will be sent free to anyone who applies, mentioning Motor Sport, to Castrol Ltd., “Achievements, 1967,” High Road, Cowley Peachey, Nr. Uxbridge, Middlesex.
