Hamilton and Moss for Brooklands

July 7, 2014

Lewis Hamilton and Sir Stirling Moss will be the star attractions at this year’s Brooklands Motoring Festival, ‘The Double Twelve’, running on June 28/29.

The event is based around a Concours d’Elegance, with highlights including Grand Prix and single-seater racing cars from all decades and the Mercedes-Benz Silver Arrows Display Team.

Competitors will take part in a series of driving trials over two days, following layouts used in the Junior Car Club rallies of the 1930s at Brooklands.

The tests will take place on the members’ banking and the test hill of the original circuit, as well as on the modern handling tracks at Mercedes-Benz World.
