Porsche gave spectators at the Amelia Island Concours a blast from the past as its new all-electric Taycan was adorned in three classic racing liveries. The no23 car bears the red-and-white colours of the 917K which won the 1970 Le Mans 24 Hours by five laps in the hands of Hans Herrmann and Richard Attwood. The rapid Porsche 917/20 that stunned in the build-up to the 1971 enduro gets its homage through the famous ‘Pink Pig’ livery. The no59 red-blue-and-white livery pays tribute to the Brumos Racing squad, which won the Daytona 24Hrs four times with the marque.
