Rapier Register

The new Secretary of the Rapier Register, which caters for owners of Rapiers and Lagonda Rapiers (not Sunbeam Rapiers !), is now C. B. Wragg, 45, Hastings Road, Millhouses, Sheffield, 7.

B.M.R.M.C.

Nothing to do with B.R.M. or B.M.C., the British Motor Racing Marshals Club does a great job in providing properly trained marshals for race meetings of all types, from Club events to Grands Prix. Members obtain training in flag work, fire fighting, and so on, and help many a meeting to run more smoothly than if the work had been left to untrained volunteers. The new Secretary of the Club is Barry Simons, Faraday House, 8-10, Charing Cross Road, London, W.C.2, who will be pleased to hear from prospective members.

Borgward Trophy

Borgwartl owners who take part in competition should take note of a Trophy to he awarded each year by Dr. Carl F. W. Borgward for the most successful Isabella. No details are available as to how points are scored but monetary prizes will be awarded !

Nor’wester Rally

The Nor’wester Rally, one of the most popular of the restricted rallies in the South, will be held on November 12/13th. As last year, members of the motoring Press have been invited to compete. ARUM SCOTT-BROWN MEMORIAL FUND

The Trustees of this fund have undertaken to supply sufficient funds to the Outward Bound Schools’ Foundation to train three students per annum.
