...and GP cars back to the Glen

Thirty Formula One cars, the largest gathering at Watkins Glen since the 1980 United States Grand Prix, wowed spectators in a celebration of the New York state venue’s 50th Anniversary last month.

Mexican driver Rudy Junco won the Chrysler Formula One Tribute feature in his 1981 Williams FVVO7C, from Briton John Fenning in the Wolf WR2, one of two chassis taken to the 1977 Grand Prix for Jody Scheckter.

Americans Bert Skidmore (in Gary Arentz’s Lotus 79-4), James King (March 761-3/3) and Chris Bender (March 811-6) were next home. MP
