Watch all of today’s races in the 2022 Monaco Historic Grand Prix in the live stream above, with the final three races of the afternoon starting at 1.30pm BST.
The 13th running of the event sees around 200 cars from seven decades roaring around the Monaco circuit, split into eight categories from pre-war cars to the early 1980s.
This morning saw cars from the early days of Formula 1, with pre-war racers and 1960s grand prix cars, before moving on to early 1970s machinery. Scroll down for video of the session.
The afternoon begins with the sports car race, this year commemorating 70 years since the Monaco Grand Prix was contested by sports cars. It’s followed by late ’70s F1 machines before the final race, new for this year: a grid of early 1980s cars from the period that saw the emergence of Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna.
An extensive line-up of Lotuses mark the 40th anniversary since Colin Chapman’s death, and the 70th anniversary of the non-championship 1952 Monaco Grand Prix, which featured sports cars, is also being commemorated. Click below for a full preview.
Sunday’s action will be live-streamed and you’ll be able to watch it on the Motor Sport website. There will also be two one-hour highlight programmes on ITV4. Broadcasting will begin from the first event of each day. You can re-watch Sunday morning’s session below
