Live stream this weekend's 83rd Goodwood Members' Meeting — plus timetable, streaming schedule and what to watch out for in the Spring 2026 historic meeting

April 18, 2026

Goodwood roars again in 2026 this weekend as the 83rd Members’ Meeting offers some of the very best historic racing that you’ll see this spring.

This year celebrates electric 1976 season where the larger-than-life Barry Sheene and James Hunt won championships on two and four wheels, as featured in our latest issue. Demonstration runs will recreate that heady era, with the bikes and cars raced by both men.

Nostalgia of a more recent kind will be stoked by another demonstration run featuring Jenson Button back in the Brawn GP car that he drove to the 2009 Formula 1 world championship, not forgetting the chance to see a golden era of saloon racers in the Super Touring Shoot-Out.

Expect hot laps from the likes of John Cleland, Matt Neal and Steve Soper behind the wheel of some of the most evocative cars of the era.

Demonstrations, aside there’s a full schedule of races o Sunday, including a new one. The V8-powered Phil Hill Cup will see Ford GT40s, Shelby Cobras and Chevrolet Corvettes making up much of the field which Button will once again be part of — this time behind the wheel of his own fixed-head E-type.

Sunday begins with a handful of practice sessions before racing begins at 10.40am with 1920s Bugatti and Alfa Romeo racers in the Varzi Trophy.

Seven more races follow, along with the demonstrations, including the second stage of the Win Percy Trophy for sub-2.0-litre touring cars.

There’s also the second part of the Hailwood Trophy, hosting a battle of grand prix bikes from the 1970s and 1980s, and the circuit will rumble to the roar of Edwardian behemoths, including the monstrous 28.4-litre Fiat S76 ‘Beast of Turin’ in the S.F. Edge Trophy

There will also be 1964-1970 sports cars in the Derek Bell Cup; Can Am cars in the fastest round of the weekend — the Bruce McLaren Trophy; and the ever-popular Gordon Spice Trophy for touring cars over 3 litres — with a single two-driver race this year.
