Pirelli has released the first photos of the new wider tyres that are to be used in Formula 1 from 2017.
Sebastian Vettel and Esteban Gutiérrez are on testing duty at Fiorano during the course of August 1-2 in a modified Ferrari SF15-T. The circuit will be articfially dampened to enable wet and intermediate tyre testing.
A further test is scheduled for Mugello on August 3-4 using a Red Bull, where the focus will be on testing the new slicks. September sees testing at Barcelona and Paul Ricard, running a Mercedes at the latter.
