For a business that is as much about design and engineering as it is about sporting talent, we – both fans and journalists – spend an inordinate amount of time harping on about the drivers.
With the August break upon us, a Red Bull seat up for grabs and discord at Ferrari, that isn’t about to change. So let’s spare a thought for the people behind the scenes: the factory workers. It goes without saying that they keep the whole thing going, but we don’t often get to see them on the job.
