Sauber technical boss leaves Formula 1 team
Sauber technical director, Jörg Zander, has left the Formula 1 team with immediate effect.
The team, which currently sits ninth in the constructors’ standings with 10 points ahead of Williams, hasn’t specified whether a new technical director is being considered for the role.
The current C37 and the 2019 F1 car will be worked on by the other staff, under CEO and team principal Frédéric Vasseur.
