Jeremy Hart (TV commentator on WRC, Paris-Dakar and F1) first went to Pikes Peak in 1988, with the rally legend Ari Vatanen – who took him to the summit in his Peugeot on gravel.

The chance to return 30 years on and make a film with three records up for grabs was too good a one to miss out on.
