We are pleased that you have decided to continue your subscription. You can call us on +44 (0)20 7349 8484 and we will re-instate your subscription for you. If you wish to pay by card, we will re-process a payment, and for Direct Debit we will re-confirm your bank details and re-submit a payment. A letter will also be sent to all customers paying by Direct Debit to outline their payment schedule and will also include a copy of the Direct Debit guarantee scheme.

When you subscribe you should receive your subscription welcome letter (and first issue if applicable) within 7 working days if you are in the UK and approximately 14-21 working days worldwide, including the US. Our welcome letter contains further information about your subscription, including your customer account number and the start/end issues. Motor Sport is published at the end of every month and subscribers receive their issues before they appear on the newsstand. Newsstand issues are typically available for sale on the last Friday of every month.

Subscribing is easy and paying for your subscription is even easier. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Debit and American Express. We also accept payments using Direct Debit online and via phone or post, which is an easy and secure way to make sure that your subscription continues without any missing issues.
If I pay for my subscription by credit card or Direct Debit, when will the money be taken from my account? Show Hide
Credit and Debit cards are debited on the same day that the subscription has been processed, either by phone, post or via our website. Direct Debit payments are processed approximately 2 and a half weeks after your payment details have been entered. This delay is to ensure that the mandatory Direct Debit Guarantee Letter reaches you in time. This will also allow you to check to see if your payment details are correct and the letter will also outline your payment schedule.
We are sorry that we have not yet replied to your email. We aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours, however if we need to investigate your query it may take longer. Please bear with us and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
You can cancel your subscription by calling us or writing to us at any time.
Is there any difference when cancelling a Direct Debit subscription and a subscription that has been paid by credit card? Show Hide
We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your payment. To cancel a Direct Debit, you can contact us and we will ensure that the payment is cancelled immediately. Upon request, any issues that have already been paid for will be sent and the subscription will be terminated.
The last issue of your current subscription is included in the welcome letter sent at the start of the subscription.
We send out renewal letters and renewal emails to all subscribers before your subscription is due to end, to ensure that you do not miss any further issues.
Item orders are normally dispatched the weekday (Mon-Fri) after you have ordered and should arrive as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will aim to deliver the item as soon as it comes back into stock. Please bear with us while we aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible.
The Motor Sport Archive is an online archive comprising digitised version of every single issue of the magazine, right back to the first issue in 1924. This is available online at any time. To access the archive, you need either a Bundle or Digital+ subscription, which allows unlimited viewing during the duration of your subscription.
Unfortunately free gifts are available with 12 or 24 month subscriptions.

We ship to most locations globally and also to PO Boxes worldwide which covers items and subscriptions. These include BFPO and US AFO/FPO Overseas Military locations.
For Motor Sport shop merchandise & subscriptions this will depend on where you live. Usually, we request that you please allow 5 working days for delivery in the UK, and 14-21 days for deliveries to the US and all other worldwide destinations. Please allow for extra transit times during peak periods during Christmas/New Year.
Unfortunately not, once your order has been made and paid for you will have to place another order if you wish to order something else from the shop.

Your subscription will typically start with the next issue of Motor Sport. Bundle/Digital/Digital+ subscribers will have access to the digital elements of their subscription within 48 hours of subscribing, if not immediately. If you would like to check which issue you’ll receive, please contact [email protected].
On request, we can issue a receipt or an invoice for a subscription or for any items ordered through us.
Please allow 7 days (UK) or 14-21 days (Rest of the World) for delivery of your issue. If you have still not received it after this time period, contact [email protected] quoting your Customer ID number. We will then arrange for a replacement issue to be sent out free of charge.
Continuous credit card automatic payments ensure that subscribers do not miss out on any further issues. However, you can cancel this through your Worldpay online account once you have logged in here. An e-mail will be sent from RBS Worldpay to confirm.
We want to ensure you receive your magazine and ordered items on time. This can be done by providing accurate address details to ensure that subscriptions and items arrive promptly. Avoid using accent marks or special characters. Our systems may not be able to process non-English characters and entering these characters may delay shipment of the subscription. Please ensure that you enter the information required into the appropriate fields.

If you have missed an issue when you renewed your subscription please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible and depending on availability we will arrange for the missing issue to be sent. In cases where the missing issue is the next available issue in the renewal subscription, we will start your renewal with that issue itself.

Delivery timeframes vary dependent on who you are buying from. Please refer to the t&cs of the individual company. In general delivery times are as follows:

USA and ROW Delivery

All items are dispatched from the UK by local postal service therefore delivery is typically 14-21 days to USA and ROW depending on local postal service status. Can I show my tickets on my phone at the door or do I need to have the physical tickets with me? Show Hide
Yes, tickets can be shown on a phone or iPad at the welcome desk.
Refunds are not available within 72 hours prior to the event date.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation you will be offered a full refund. If the event has to be postponed tickets will either be transferable to the new date or a refund will be offered.

Unlimited access to back issues is available to Bundle and Digital Plus subscribers. Individual issues can be purchased, but the most cost effective way to read them is to upgrade or subscribe Bundle or Digital Plus.

As a print subscriber you do not receive the digital magazine as part of your subscription. If you wish to add the digital magazine to be included in your print magazine you will need to upgrade your subscription to the Bundle package. You can upgrade to the Bundle package from as little as £2.99 and receive instant access to both the interactive digital edition and online Motor Sport archive. For more information click here.
If you are currently set up as a member on the www.motorsportmagazine.com website use your email and your password to login into the app as a print subscriber. If you are not a member on our website, please click here. Then set your account up by logging in through Subscriber Login. You can find your Customer ID number on the front of the packaging your magazine comes in, on your subscription confirmation letter, or any renewal letters you have received. Once logged in please update your details to include an email address and a password for your account. Once you have set up your account with an email and password you will be able to access the digital issues after 24 hours.
Once you reset your password it can take up to 24 hours to access the digital issues as our website needs to sync with the App and update your password.
To download and view issues tap the download button on each issue cover. Please ensure that you are connected to a wi-fi network to ensure that the issues download correctly.
For the interactive digital versions of the magazine:
- From the main menu of the app, tap and hold on the cover of the magazine you wish you delete. A pop-up will appear. Tap ‘archive’ to delete the issue. It can be re-downloaded any time.
For the older, PDF versions of the magazine:
- Tap the three dot menu button on the top right hand corner and press ‘archive’ to remove the edition from your device. It can be downloaded again any time as well.
This is because the magazine was not fully downloaded. Please archive the issue and re-download. From the main menu of the app, tap and hold on the cover of the magazine you wish you delete. A pop-up will appear. Tap ‘archive’ to delete the issue. It can be re-downloaded any time.
You can buy individual issues directly through the App by clicking the Buy button next to the particular issue you require.
I have purchased a subscription direct from Apple and are unsure how many issues I have remaining. Show Hide
We don’t actually have the ability to see what your subscription status is with Apple, as you have bought the magazine from them directly. Apple doesn’t share any purchaser’s information with us. However, you can check your subscription status with them by following the below steps:
- Go to the Settings tab on your iPad.
- Click on the iTunes and App Store button on the left hand side.
- Click on your Apple ID.
- Then click on the Subscriptions button.
- It will then show the subs you have through Apple
- Then click on the Motor Sport subscription and it will then show you your sub status with Apple and how many issues you have left or if it is expired.
I have purchased a subscription or issue direct from Apple and have lost it from my iPad, how do I get it back? Show Hide
To restore your purchases, within the app go to Account > App Store Purchases > Click ‘Restore’.
- From your device’s Home screen, tap App Store.
- Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap the Apple ID button in the lower-left corner. (If you are not signed in, tap the Sign In button, and sign in with your Apple ID. Then, scroll back to the bottom of the page, and tap the Apple ID button.)
- Tap the View Apple ID button.
- Enter your password and tap OK.
- From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions. If you don’t have app subscriptions this button will not be displayed.
- You’ll then be taken to your App Subscriptions page.
To turn off auto-renewal:
- From your Manage App Subscription page, choose the Motor Sport app subscription.
- Tap the subscription category for which you want to disable auto-renewal.
- Tap the ‘On’ toggle switch to ‘Off’.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message; tap ‘Turn Off’ to confirm your choice.
