Please note that the below delivery dates are purely estimates, and that we, kindly, ask you to only contact us for a replacement copy once you’ve allowed for the maximum estimated delivery time to pass, before it can be considered lost in the post.
Unfortunately, once we mail the copies, they are completely outside of our control and subject to national and international processes for distribution which may vary considerably, depending on your location.

UK and European destinations are transported to by road (UK delivery is based on working days which excludes Sunday). Australian, South African & USA destinations are transported to by Airfreight and are subject to passenger flight availability in most cases. Copies for the East Coast will always be delivered earlier than for the West Coast.
