Description

Engineer III CarboLight (43mm) NM3028C-P1CJ-BK

Embodying BALL’s commitment to watchmaking and exploration, the Engineer III CarboLIGHT combines carbon fiber and mu-metal. A watchmaking first, the result is our CarboNANO technology. The carbon fiber composite case is ultra-light and corrosion resistant, while the inner mu-metal shield ensures extreme anti-magnetic protection. Innovative material, ultimate precision and pioneering style. The exceptionally robust CarboNANO material is created by compressing together layers of carbon fiber with Polyether Ether Ketone, a high-end polymer known as PEEK. From this plate of carbon fiber composite, the CarboLIGHT takes shape. The cases are especially light in weight, yet extremely resistant to corrosion. In addition to its professional performance, the material and cutting process make each timepiece unique.

The CarboLIGHT is a certified chronometer, powered by the BALL RR1103-C automatic movement. For enhanced protection against sudden shock impact, the chronometer is protected by our Amortiser® anti-shock system.
