The Vicar of Coalpit Heath

According to the Bristol Evening Post of July 5th, Canon W. Kingsley-Martin, Vicar of St. Saviour’s Parish Church, Coalpit Heath, complained, about vehicles speeding through the village, to Westerleigh Parish Council. The Police were asked to operate a radar speed trap. Amongst this first batch of 40 motorists summonsed was – Canon W. Kingsley-Martin.
