The evolution of the racing car

Laurence Pomeroy’s third article in the above series is unavoidably held over until the next issue, but doubtless the necessity to anticipate it will result in its being read even more avidly than would have been the case had it followed the second instalment, covering the period 1922-25, which we published in the November Motor Sport. These articles, which commenced with the 1895 season, certainly give a history of motor racing and racing car development such as has never hefore been published in such a concise and yet complete form.
