Further to Mr. Kish’s letter re Warland Dual Rims, I can add a little information. The RAC issued a Certificate of Performance to Warlands for a 2,000 mile trial in 1912. It lasted from January 23rd to February 7th.
The company was based in Alma Street, Aston, Birmingham and a book was produced called “The Awakening” illustrating various marques fitted with Warland — including Austin, Benz, Baguley, Brazier, Cadillac right through to White-Coleman and Wolseley.
