GP Masters comes to an end

July 7, 2014

The short-lived Grand Prix Masters race series for ex-Formula 1 stars seems to be at an end after the company behind the series was officially wound up in London’s High Court. Chassis supplier Delta Motorsport and sponsor Altech brought the action, which came more than a year after the last event for the series at Silverstone in the summer of 2006. Races were planned for the second half of 2007 in South Africa in September and Qatar in November, but neither went ahead.
